Experience and Qualifications
I am a Chartered Psychologist and BACP registered counsellor with a dual background in academic health psychology research and integrative clinical practice. I hold a PhD in Help-Seeking Behaviour and an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with over four years of post-qualification clinical experience supporting adult clients.
My clinical specialisation centers on the emotional and psychological impact of physical health changes, long-term conditions, and reproductive transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.
